A promotion where you guerrilla-mount some free WiFi dongles/towers/whatever at bus stops and have the home page do the talking for you.
A promotion where you split your whole marketing budget equally between the city’s homeless folks and have them hold up your message for a week. The bad press alone would be worth it.
A promotion where at one end of the street someone gives you a pamphlet, and at the other end someone in the same uniform takes it from you and runs away.
